Senator Gordon Fires Shot Against Trillanes, Calls Him 'Sundalong Kanin'

After the big reveal regarding alleged hitman Edgar Matobato's case filed by the NBI, Committee Chair Senator Dick Gordon fires shots against Matobato and his handler, Senator Leila De Lima. Gordon accused De Lima of "material concealment" for allegedly hiding the pertinent fact.

However, Senators Leila De Lima and Antonio Trillanes IV later proved that the witness previously divulged the information about the kidnapping case showing transcripts to prove it.

Frustrated, Gordon later on referred to Trillanes as 'sundalong kanin' when asked in an ambush interview by senate reporters.

Gordon, along with other senators have also stood firm in their decision to forbid Matobato from returning to the inquiry judging his credibility, two hearings have now been postponed as they move to decide on Matobato and the entire senate probe.
