Saudi and Oman Advance Hajj 2026 Preparations

Saudi and Omani officials ramped up their Hajj 2026 preparations today. Brigadier General Omar Al-Talhi inspected the unified security operations center. This incredible Makkah facility receives emergency calls via the 911 number.

Ensuring Pilgrim Safety

Al-Talhi emphasized the absolute importance of pilgrim safety. Security teams handle all incoming reports with incredible speed and professionalism. They seamlessly integrate their work with various local service entities.

The emergency center successfully answered one million calls during the previous season. Officials expect another extremely busy and highly secure religious gathering this year.

Simultaneously, the Omani Hajj mission met in Makkah today. Undersecretary Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Rashidi chaired this vital operational meeting. He instructed his teams to provide top-quality services to Omani pilgrims.

The medical and administrative teams remain available around the clock. The officials reviewed field coordination mechanisms thoroughly. Another dedicated Omani team will travel to Madinah on Saturday to assist arriving worshippers.
