Workers at an Australian television network made a terrifying discovery behind a computer desk, Monday afternoon.
A snake hid just beside the computer screens.
The editor of Nine News’s newsroom, Kate Limon, has posted on her Twitter account a video showing the reptile extracted from behind the computer monitor andbeing placed in a bag.
“We all freaked out a little bit, and then we went in to have a look and it was all curled up beside the computer monitor,” Limon said via the Irish News.
Limon was going to turn to the Internet to find a solution, but it was finally a colleague who helped them, according to NT News .
“I was googling (a snake catcher) to call ASAP but turns out our program manager is a wildlife warrior,” she said.
“She lives on an estate and she was not scared at all,” Limon continued. “In her bloody floral dress and heels — she put us all to shame.”
“One of our sales representatives also helped,” she said. “The snake tried to bite his face. He was very brave. “
After being captured, the snake was eventually released into a bush outside the office.
