Steve Smith's half-century helped Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) post a total of 182 for five in 20 overs vs Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in an Indian Premier League (IPL) match in Pune. Rahul Tripathi along with Ajinkya Rahane once again gave a flying start to Pune, which was cut short by Piyush Chawla. However, Steve Smith and Rahane kept the runs ticking and boundaries flowing. Kuldeep Yadav halted the run flow in the middle overs with quick wickets of MS Dhoni and Manoj Tiwary. Playing a short cameo, Dan Christian scored 16 off six balls and hit two big sixes in the last two balls of the 19th over. To keep their unbeaten run in Pune intact, Kolkata will have to score 183 from their 20 overs. All eyes will on Sunil Narine if he comes out to open for the Knights again.
