How OFWs in Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia Can Claim Their Drivers License at LTO

To overseas Filipino workers based in Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, the Land Transportation Office under the Department of Transportation will be able to issue your driver’s license card application filed without leaving your country of workplace.

Step 1:
Download and fill out the application form (click here).

Information includes personal information and contact details, along with the location of the Philippine mission (Doha, Bu Asheerah, Riyadh or Jeddah).

 

Step 2:
Scan the filled out application form and following requirements:

  • Scanned passport showing identification and photo and passport page showing arrival stamp at current country
  • Scanned LTO Driver’s License official receipt
  • Soft copy of 2×2 photo with blue background

Step 3:
Send all scanned documents along with soft copy of photo (preferably JPG or PNG format) to [email protected].

Step 4:
Wait for an email notification from LTO for delivery date of your driver’s license at your desired pickup point.

Step 5:
Claim your driver’s license at designated embassy / consulate at the date as it appears in the email notification. You may bring your passport and LTO official receipt to claim your driver’s
