The US President took a full medical examination after fears that he was suffering from dementia.
The 71-year-old was found to be in good physical condition, although he is being put on a diet to lose a stone.
Another finding from the exam is that Trump takesFinasteride pills to stop him from losing his signature barnet.
The drug is used to reduce the size of prostate glands and stimulate hair growth, and is popular with transgender women.
But it has been linked to many extreme side effects.
Men taking the pulls were found to suffer from erectile disfunction for at least 180 days, and was likely to last for at least 90 days after stopping the medication.
Around 5% of men were affected by this.
The drug was also found to increase the risk of depression for men over the age of 66.
Trump’s doctor Harold Bernstein revealed the president takes a small amount of the drug to stimulate hair growth.
He said: “He has all his hair. I have all my hair.”
