Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra 'caught red-handed' by police

'Seven years imprisonment with fine under IPC Section 393'.

Maharashtra Police once again wins the internet with their 'cool quotient'.

The cops tweeted a 'hilarious warning' to actors Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar over a dialogue in the newly released trailer of their film The Sky Is Pink. Responding to the tweet from the cops, Priyanka Chopra kept the fun continuing and wrote: 'Oops. Caught red handed..time to activate Plan B'.

It all began when Maharashtra cops took note of a dialogue in the movie's trailer where Priyanka light-hearted tells her onscreen husband Farhan: 'Ek baar Aisha theek ho jaye, phir saath mein bank lootenge' (Once Aisha gets well, we will loot a bank together). They could not help but come up with a chucklesome warning on Twitter, reminding the actors that the cops have prying eyes!

They wrote in the tweet: 'Seven years imprisonment with fine under IPC Section 393', along with a screen grab of the dialogue from the film's trailer. To poke a little more fun at the actors, the cops added hilarious hashtags #ColoursOfLaw #TheSkyIsPink @priyankachopra @FarOutAkhtar.

After Priyanka's hilarious tweet, even Farhan responded to the cops' tweet and wrote: 'Hahaha never planning heists on camera again'.

The Sky Is Pink is a bilingual film directed by Shonali Bose, and is based on the life and experiences of late motivational speaker and author Aisha Chaudhary who was diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Zaira Wasim features in the role. The film will have a world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival on September 13, and is slated to release on October 11 this year, according to reports in NDTV.
