North Korea neighbour building own missiles as WW3 fears grow

Kim Jong-un has threatened the US with a barrage of nuclear missiles from the Hermit Kingdom, after his latest launch showed he could hit anywhere in America.

But the tubby tyrant has also threatened his neighbours for allying with The Donald.

His long-term enemies in South Korea have faced the brunt of his threats, and he has also vowed to sink Japan.

Now, Japan is launching its own “missile intercept command system”, after the North’s latest launch showed their advancement in technology.

Their current system, detects incoming missiles, with ship based missiles to shoot them down.

However, government officials fear that the North’s high-powered missiles, which have shown they can be launched at a higher altitude, could plummet and strike Japan to quickly to be shot down.

A Ministry of Defence official for Japan said: “It is possible the current system would not be able to keep up.”

Japan is now aiming to upgrade their defence technology to intercept the missiles higher in the air.
