Reportedly, a woman from Pakistan, Qamar Mohsin Shaikh living in India now, has been tying 'rakhi' to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for more than 20 years. She has been living in India ever since she got married and moved here from Pakistan.

PM Modi was an RSS worker when Shaikh had first tied ‘rakhi’ to him. Now that her brother, by the virtue of tying ‘rakhi’, is an extremely busy man; she was not expecting to hear from him this year. But to her surprise, she received a call from him two days ago. She was delighted to know that PM Modi had already started preparing for ‘Raksha Bandhan’.
