Casa Vista Development is strengthening its position in the UAE property market after announcing that 40% of the residences at its AQUORA waterfront project have been sold ahead of the official unveiling. Valued at AED 350 million, the development is located on Dubai Islands and is scheduled to be introduced at an event at Madinat Jumeirah on October 28, 2026. The early sales milestone signals buyer interest in the project’s residential offering and marks an important step in the developer’s expansion plans. The project is scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2028.
AQUORA Brings Waterfront Living to Dubai Islands
The development occupies a 50,000-square-foot plot and has a planned built-up area of approximately 242,000 square feet. It will feature 105 waterfront residences alongside six retail spaces, combining contemporary architecture with views of the surrounding waterfront. Its design follows the concept “Form Follows Flow”, drawing inspiration from the movement and calmness of water. The project aims to bring together privacy, comfort and carefully planned residential spaces for future residents.
Luxury Amenities Focus on Wellness and Lifestyle
AQUORA will offer more than 20 lifestyle and wellness amenities designed to support relaxation, fitness and recreation. Planned facilities include a 22-metre rooftop infinity pool, a Technogym-equipped fitness centre, a yoga studio, a Zen Garden and a pickleball court. Concierge services and a dedicated arrival experience will also form part of the development. These features are intended to provide residents with convenient leisure options within the property while complementing its waterfront setting.
Casa Vista Plans Further Expansion Across the UAE
The early sales milestone comes as Casa Vista Development looks to build a broader presence in the UAE residential property sector. The company draws on its founding family’s experience across trading, logistics, construction and real estate, alongside property investments made in Dubai and selected international markets. The October 28 unveiling is expected to present AQUORA’s design vision to invited guests, investors and business partners. The developer has also indicated that additional residential projects are in its pipeline, with further announcements expected as its UAE operations grow.
