And right now it does seem like Meghan has a clear advantage over Kate – she’s great in front of the cameras, she’s well-traveled and well-spoken and she knows exactly what to say in interviews. If there’s one reason why Kate Middleton is incredibly jealous of Meghan Markle, it’s because she’s got star power. She was born and raised in Los Angeles and she knows how to work a red carpet thanks to all of her Hollywood experience. She’s versatile, she’s fun and she’s also intelligent. There’s no awkwardness when it comes to Meghan. And if there’s one thing that we know for certain, she’s definitely not shy, either.
Simply put, Kate Middleton has every reason to be worried about Meghan Markle and it’s mostly because she won’t be the star of the British monarchy anymore. All the attention will be focused on Meghan just because she’s so different than Kate. The Duchess might have a very hard time standing in her shadow, that’s for sure.

Now, this can be up for debate, but according to Meghan Markle herself, she’s not doing all of this for fame. Instead, she wants to take her popularity and change the world by doing more good. She’s also a humanitarian who has traveled all over the world with her multiple charity projects. This is something that Kate has never done, nor does she have it on her resumé. Meghan has already hit the ground running and has made it no secret that she plans to use her new royal title to her advantage.
