Most often manipulator's exploit your inability to say 'no' firmly. They start by asking for small favors and keeps you trapped in their vicious bubble. Remember that it is your fundamental right to say 'no' and set your own prioritize without feeling guilty. By not saying 'no', you are effectively giving them the permission to exploit you.
