About Your Job:
In this role you will support HIA facilities management team in the operations of Fault Reporting Center (FRC) and report to the Engineer for key performance indicators of FRC operators.  You should be aware of current and future demands of materials and supplies and adequately inform relevant parties for further actions. You should also maintain records and statistical data on operational activities, incidents / accidents, personnel / asset records and all other relevant information. You will supervise and manage staff roster and other staff welfare requirements for effective operations of FRC.

About You:
You should have a Bachelors degree and minimum of five years relevant experience. Supervisory skill and good knowledge on software for report building and date collection is essential. You must be fluent in English. You should have experience working in call center.

You will have a proven record of performance in sales with account management experience. A good track record of sales achievements is required. An experienced and proven negotiator you will possess strong decision making and problem solving skills. Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills are key to success together with strong commercial acumen. You will be able to spot and interpret market trends. About Your Job:
The Sales Manager – Qatar represents the Airline’s interests in Qatar and is responsible to create new methods to increase sales productivity, revenue generation through high sales performance and effective sales promotion.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Assist in achieving the station's overall revenue target by developing strategies geared to achieving the target set for the segment of assignment

About You:
To join our 5-star team you will hold a University Degree and have a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience managing Corporate accounts selling an Airline product.  You will also have a background in Revenue Management and have exceptional Sales and Strategic Planning ability and be able to successfully lead a multi-cultural team.  You should be a strong mentor with good coaching skills with the ability develop your team and foster teamwork among team members.
