About Your Job:
You will be responsible to ensure the highest standards of personalized in-flight service is offered to our customers through the professional design and delivery of Cabin Crew training courses, which encourage and stimulate the learning process in order to develop individual Cabin Crew job competency and inter-personal skills.
Additionally, you need to identify course aims and objectives and deliver training programs that enable all trainees to achieve the competencies required of their individual position. Train ‘people skills’ that enable cabin crew to improve their ability to work cooperatively with others, communicate clearly and be part of a high performing team.
Will be required to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with existing cabin crew and develop training plans where required that fills any gaps between designated standards and existing performance. .
This position is shift based and will involve flying.
About You:
- To be successful in this role you must hold a Diploma or Degree preferably in Hotel Management or in the Hospitality industry.
- You need to have minimum 5 years of job related experience as well as flying experience in an International airline with a full service carrier as Cabin crew with atleast years 2 in a supervisory role.
- It will be preferred if you have experience in teaching and training in a multi-cultural environment.
- You should possess a good understanding of customer service issues with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

About the role:
We are looking to two junior staff members for an entry level position within our Finance Division. In this role you will be processing invoices using our internal system in order to facilitate accounts payable transactions for month end closing.
On a daily basis, you will be involved in the following:
- Data entry
- Resolving issues related to vendor invoices
- Processing a high volume of invoices and payments in line with financial policies
- Interact with internal departments to resolve queries for invoices
- Review invoice status reports and support the preparation of financial reports
- Support auditors during project audits
About you:
You will have a Trade or Vocational Qualification as a minimum requirement, but preferably a Bachelors of Commerce degree or equivalent. You will be computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with related work experience in a data entry focused role.

About Your Job:
As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring QDF areas across the airport through CCTV systems and liaise with the Supervisors, Police, MOI, Qatar Airways Security and other agencies as necessary. To observe behaviours and identify individuals who may cause loss or damage to QDF product and property.
You will also ensure that security performance standards of QDF staff and contractors meet the specification stipulated by the security supervisor to protect property and facilities of QDF at the airport against unlawful interference, theft, and damage.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Accountable for Monitoring of CCTV and access control systems across QDF sites (airport, warehouses, retail sites, operational areas)
- Reporting and escalation of security and health and safety incidents identified from CCTV surveillance through to management, paying particular attention to fire hazards, flood, dishonesty, irregular conduct and unauthorised access and egress.
- Monitor, identify and investigate POS activity and alarm activations, liaising with security supervisor / officer and duty managers to escalate issues and concerns
- Contact with MOI, immigration authority, contractors and customers of QDF retail, Food & Beverage, QDF warehouses and other external agencies when required in relation to security and safety matters
- Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and authorities relating to the protection of QDF employees, customers, assets and products
- Operate and monitor all systems within the control centre in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in line with the operating procedures, legislation and the codes of practice.
- Assist in handling incidents as directed or required by the security supervisor.
- Assist in evacuation of the Premises, firefighting and other emergencies as directed by the authorized DIA representative
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a High School qualification and hold a CCTV and access control training certificate combined with at least 2-4 years of related experience. Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required for this role. It is required that you feel comfortable working independently and in teams as well. You must be in good health and have a good level of general fitness due to the physical demands of the job. It is important that you deal tactfully and effectively with people at all levels within the organisation, external agencies, contractors and members of the general public.
You will also be working in a rotating shift system and/on- call system as scheduled.
