Over 1,500 families in Oman to get free clothes for Eid

Over a thousand families which need helping will have access to an exhibition which will provide free clothing for the coming Eid Al Adha celebrations.

The exhibition, which is organised by Al Rahma Association for Motherhood and Childhood, begins today and aims to provide holiday clothing for families registered for aid from the association in Al Seeb and Muttrah.
A statement by the association read, "This exhibition targets to help 1556 families over four days starting from July, 25 until July, 28, 2019."

During these four days, families will be able to pick up clothing for their Eid holidays next month.

"The exhibition is being organised in cooperation with some private sector establishments and aims to provide Eid clothing for families.

"On Thursday, the exhibition will target only the families that are registered in Muttrah," the statement added.

The exhibition will also include gifts for the families along with the clothing, keeping in line with the spirit of the holidays.
