Gulfood, the world's largest food event, returns for its 22nd edition in 2017, welcoming F&B professionals from around the world. The trade fair promotes trade and commerce across the sectors of beverages, dairy, fats and oils, health, wellness and free-from products, pulses/grains/cereals, meat and poultry, world food, and power brands. A number of competitions will be held under the Gulfood umbrella, including the Salon Culinaire chef competition- the world's largest single-entry chefs' competition, Barista Masters- a brand new coffee brewing championship supported by the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe, the annual Gulfood Innovation Awards- celebrating excellence and innovation throughout the industry, Halal World Food- the foremost sourcing platform for the halal sector, and the Gulfood Virtual Supermarket- a brand new feature that will act as a digital shop window to the stand-out products and cutting-edge innovations being showcased across the event.  

Over 5,000 exhibitors will participate across 120,000 square metres of exhibition space. Attendance at Gulfood is strictly for trade and business professionals related to the industry. The general public and persons under the age of 21 will not be permitted entry.
