The Dubai Police are investigating the death of an Indian man who fell from the rooftop of a building in Bur Dubai on Monday.
The operations room received information about the accident and a team reached the spot immediately.
The man was rushed to the hospital. However, he succumbed to his severe injuries.
His body was referred to the General Department of Forensic Medicine.
The deceased has been identified as Shafeer, hailing from Kerala's Kollam district.
The man - who has a wife and a daughter - was working with a reputed jewellery shop in Dubai.
Shafeer went to the rooftop after lunch, became unconscious and fell off, a relative of the victim said.
