A bus travelling northbound on Al Ittihad Street caught fire in Sharjah yesterday morning around 8.30am near Al Safeer Mall.
The fire appeared to start from the back of the bus, near the engine. Soon after, the bus exploded.
Witnesses said the bus appeared to be empty at the time of the explosion and that nobody was hurt.
