Fujairah Police have issued a statement on their social media account on Instagram.
They warned residents that contrary to what may have been indicated elsewhere, "Speed limits along the Fujairah-Qidfa road have not been adjusted."
"If there are any changes to the speed limits along the road, you will be notified ahead of time."
"Wishing you a safe and pleasant journey."
