Later, Jay Shetty returned to his parents with no assets on his name, trying to analyze the ins and outs of the world. The only option that worked wonders were his friends from business schools those who invited Jay Shetty to come over and deliver his lectures at their companies, that was facing a lot of stress and pressure.
His only assets were the experiences he had learned while on his days as a monk that did help him build a connection towards the modern world and the workplaces. He could jump to the conclusion that, the world looked extremely digitized and he realized his importance on the lines of a coach who can help many firms that are into executing strategies.
Jay’s modus operandi on a daily basis would be to simply wake up at 4 am in the morning and meditate daily for at least 4 - 8 hours and he has always been training his inner self and his mind for the non-requirement of water and food. He was always up with training his mind by meditating in extreme cold and heat abodes to gain a hang of the age-old practices of keeping mind and breathing in control.
He has been into learning ancient principles and philosophies as to how the mind and the breath be controlled. He has also worked by getting engrossed in the ancient sciences and philosophies in a way to connect to the modern world that inherits meaningful messages.
At the same time, he chose to get on to the role of a social media coach for the firm called Accenture that deals with online branding and digital strategy. It was the renowned businesswoman Arianna Huffington, who got connected to the talent of Jay Shetty and invited him to host the HuffPost Lifestyle based in New York. Jay Shetty’s show in HuffPost involved him in interviewing various celebrities like Russel Brand, Tim Ferris, Deepak Chopra etc. and the show was liked by millions of audiences.
