His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Thursday made surprise phone calls to high-school toppers in the UAE.
Sheikh Mohammed called three female high-school students who had achieved top scores in the 2017-28 academic year.
"I am happy to share with the high school top achievers their success and joy... Education will always remain the top priority of the UAE government," Sheikh Mohammed said.
