Molly Peters, best known as Bond girl Patricia Fearing in the 1965 James Bond film Thunderball, died on May 30. She was 75 years old. The official account of James Bond announced her death on Twitter by posting, "We are sad to hear that Molly Peters has passed away at the age of 75. Our thoughts are with her family."
The blonde beauty, in her role as Nurse Patricia Fearing opposite Sean Connery, was the first Bond Girl to appear nude in the 007 films. In fact, this scene stirred up a storm at the time of Thunderball's release, and the British Board of Film Certification almost rated the film 'X' for being too risque.
Molly's death comes just after former James Bond, Sir Roger Moore passed away last week in Switzerland at the age of 89, after a brief battle with cancer.
