Recently, a team of scientists from the Florida University decided to do an experiment on what color bed bugs prefer in order to determine if the color of our sheets attracts them.
As you can see from the chart below, the results are pretty interesting – bed bugs seem to like red and black more than yellow or green sheets.
According to the scientists, the bugs are probably attracted to red color as it resembles the color of their shells.
Now that you know this fact, it may be wise to change your red or black sheets and protect yourself from the harmful effects of bed bugs.
