North Korea missile test: US calls for isolation of Pyongyang

The UN Security Council has held an emergency session following North Korea's latest missile test.

Pyongyang says Wednesday's launch proves it has the capability to reach the US mainland.

 

US President Donald Trump says new sanctions will be imposed on North Korea.

But support for the US position does not appear to be forthcoming from China and Russia.
