Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were once well-known teen stars after starring in the popular teen show Gossip Girl. In the first few seasons of the show, Serena and Dan were shown as one of the biggest couples in the show, which then led to the couple dating in real life.

The couple only dated for three years before they announced their break-up in 2010, but it seems that Serena and Dan were the kind of couple that were meant to be together. Blake and Penn continued to reprise their roles on the show following the break-up, which leads up to the season finale where their two characters finally tied the knot. It must have been awkward for the couple to be in this kind of scenario after their own relationship had failed, but they remained professional and gave their characters the ending that their fans deserved.

Nina Dobrev And Ian Somerhalder stole the hearts of many Vampire Diaries fans because of their incredible chemistry throughout the series, before it was announced that the couple were in fact dating in real life.

That seems to have been put to the side now, as Nikki joined the couple for the farewell dinner that marked the end of The Vampire Diaries and all three seemed to be on good terms.
