7. Megan Fox

Most of us would have expected Megan Fox to have been the most popular girl in high school, possibly a cheerleader who broke hearts like it was nothing. But she wasn’t in such demand during her high school days, boys weren’t into her while girls didn’t care to befriend her.

The actress has previously stated that she used to eat her lunch in the bathroom in order to avoid her peers. Megan Fox has been outspoken about her high school experience, and while she didn’t have the best of times back then, she’s now living the dream.

Most of the boys who passed on dating her in high school probably have daily regrets today; she has become one of the top sex symbols of the past 10 years in Hollywood. As for Megan, she’s probably not losing much sleep at all.

6. Zac Efron

Zac Efron is one of those celebrities who were late bloomers, so if you happen to be struggling at the moment, keep your hopes alive and you could also do some great things in life. Though he is one of Hollywood’s top sex icons at the moment, that wasn’t the case back in high school. According to Efron, he was a skinny kid who struggled with girls and was considered a geek. His interests differed than his classmates; he was into musical theater rather than sports.

While the ladies are all chasing Efron these days, he wasn’t exactly going after anyone during high school; his focus was directed towards his theatrical interest where he would spend the majority of his time. Efron had a couple of friends but preferred to be around his pets, and we can’t really blame him for that. He was also considered to be different which clearly proved to be true, as the actor has established himself as a top star.

5. Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart is another name who broke out into the scene at a young age, and her high school experience didn’t last long since she left to pursue studies while on the set of her films. During the time that she attended high school, she didn’t get to make many friends before she left the drama behind to chase the fame.

In previous interviews, the actress noted that her reputation changed once she started acting, as some kids accused her of being arrogant. She also didn’t care for the experience and was glad to have left early on, mainly due to the drama that comes with being a teenager. As for socializing, Stewart noted that she has made enough friends outside of high school and so doesn’t regret leaving early on back when she was still somewhat of a loser.

4. Selena Gomez

Being famous doesn’t mean that you will be instantly liked by everyone, just ask Selena Gomez. Unlike most rational adults, kids have no filter and won’t hold back, leading to some hurtful comments and actions.

Gomez was a Disney star while going to high school, so you can only imagine the difficulties she must have faced in building relationships. Her personality was slightly more reserved than she appeared to be on the Disney hit show, which is a recipe for disaster in high school. Selena didn’t appreciate being teased by other kids, who always had something to say.

Since then, Gomez has spoken about her personal experiences, as well as her mother’s, who was bullied as a teenager, although she managed to overcome those tough days.
