2.Reach out to someone who loves you
Call someone who loves and cares about you in plenty. It can be a family member or a close friend. If you don't feel like sharing your problems with them, just try to have a good conversation with them as it will definitely make you feel good. Talk random things, fun things you have done together in pas,t or remind them of some jokes you two shares. It will definitely make you feel refreshed and joyful again.
