3.Accomplish something small
What you need more than anything during these times is a confidence boost. And simple way to get started is to accomplish something small.
Is your room an utter mess? Then clean it up. Is your laundry basket overflowing, then do laundry. If you are someone who keeps a to-do list then pick one of the simplest and easiest tasks and do it. Even writing a new to-do list itself with reorganized tasks can be a good thing to do. Try for a small win, as they say, a 1000 mile journey starts with a single step.
