7.Meditate and be mindful
Meditation is that one those things we all know are very important for our physical and mental well-being. Yet we keep ignoring it the green vegetables we are supposed to have in our daily diet.
If you don't have the patience for meditating, then at least be mindful. Try doing something mundane such as washing the dishes or drinking tea with almost awareness and attention. Remember this quote from universally respected Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh if you need some clarity on mindfulness: “I clean this teapot with the kind of attention I would have were I giving the baby Buddha or Jesus a bath"
