3. Remember The Reader
As I just mentioned posting on Social Media is like telling a story. Remember, this is the direction storytelling is going. So if everything is about you, and you are not connected to yourself and predictable, well, that’s not as interesting. Always try to approach your posts with a point of view and most importantly remember the reader. How do people think as they scroll through their Facebook feed while driving to work? Well there’s 5 key elements in regards to the reader that you should keep in mind before clicking the “Post” button. These elements connect the reader to you. They are the essential glue that keeps the reader coming back. These keys are:
Involve
Inform
Inspire
Intrigue
Entertain
You must Involve, Inform, Inspire, Intrigue, and Entertain the reader. And mix up the order in which you do this. Keep it random. Always on the move. Let’s take a closer look.
