"This is when extreme fear and a little depression set in."
Amazingly, she only started ramping up her fitness regime last year, after she spent ages eating Nutella every day and doing random workouts she found on Pinterest.
With the support of her husband and older kids, she finally decided to step up and shake off the weight.
"I used to eat Nutella by the spoonful and on my toast and on my bananas," Jessica said.
"That's when things started getting really out of hand with my body composition and finally prompted me to change my daily habits."
Jessica now goes to the gym three times a week while her kids are at school and gets up every Monday to fit in a cardio sesh.
She's also developed quite a following on Instagram, where she shares pictures of her family, work-out videos, and snaps showing how far she's come.
