The married celebrity couple Chito and Neri Miranda have engaged in a long discussion with the netizens over “pleasing personality” requirement for their business.

Neri Miranda is definitely known not only being an actress but also because of her hard work as a mother and a wife and her practicality as a woman when it comes to businesses and finance.
Scrolling through her Instagram account, it can be seen in her posts that she is doing businesses such as Gourmet Tuyo, Neri’s Bakeshop, ukay-ukay store, and among others.
And lately, Neri has posted on her social media account a job opportunity as they will open a business in Tagaytay.
According to the caption of the post, the qualifications to get the position indicated, “PS A person with good business etiquette gives a very fine impression. Communicates properly. An employee with a PLEASING PERSONALITY is one who can deliver his/her thoughts clearly while observing respect and boundaries. Para klaro po sa pagkaka alam nyo. Hindi po physical ang hinahanap namin, magandang attitude po.”

To which has then ignited a long discussion between Neri and Chito and the netizens.
One netizen stated in the comment section, “Only in the philippines lahat naka lagay pleasing personality. no offense miss neri hindi talaga ma wawala ang pleasing personality.”
Another said, “hahaha pakaka intindi kasi ng mga pinoy pag pleasing personality “pretty” yung hinahanap. Yung personality hinahanap hindi physical appearance nakakatawa.”
